Our mission is to set a higher standard for ABA by providing high-quality, compassionate, & individualized services, led by clinicians focused on helping learners of all ages build skills that extend into everyday life.
At Lantern Learning Therapy Center, we are guided by a simple belief: families deserve high-quality ABA care that is both compassionate and truly individualized.
Although the task of getting started with services is too often a daunting and overwhelming one, we want to assure you that we are here to help you along every step. The journey to quality therapy starts here. And at LLTC, we have made sure that this journey is paved with all of the resources and guidance you need to get your learner the thoughtful, and evidence-based services they deserve in a timely manner.
We look forward to collaborating with you because we know that real and meaningful change is what happens when families and clinicians work together. At LLTC, you won’t be on the outside of your learner’s care — you will be a central part of it. Our commitment is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support that extends beyond the clinic walls and into your everyday life.
We are excited to move forward together with you on this path, illuminated by shared values and joint mission.

A Letter From Our Founders
Meet the Founders
Anna Herod, M.A., BCBA
Co-Founder & Clinical Director
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2022. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in May 2025. My experience is providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities ranging from 2-20 years old.
I prioritize neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered practices and believe in meeting learners where they are while helping them make meaningful progress toward where they want to be. My approach is rooted in compassion and connection either a strong emphasis on progress over perfection.
As a BCBA, I strongly value collaborating with both caregivers and other professionals involved in each learner’s care to help provide a coordinated and holistic approach to care. Supporting and mentoring RBTs is another area that is especially important to me. I believe that competent, confident, and well-supported RBTs are essential to providing high-quality services, and I am committed to fostering supportive learning environments that encourage professional growth and clinical excellence.
My mission as a BCBA is to leave the field of ABA better than I found it for everyone touched by our work—including learners, caregivers, clinicians, and collaborative professionals.
